Welcome to Arkitek Design. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
We provide Computer-Aided Design (CAD) services, including 2D drafting, 3D modeling, Revit BIM, CAD conversion, and Point Cloud to Revit modeling.
All deliverables are digital files (DWG, RVT, PDF, etc.). No physical products are provided.
Invoices are sent only after project completion.
Clients are not required to pay if they are not satisfied with our services.
Clients are entitled to up to 2 revisions free of charge.
Unlimited revisions will be provided if the work does not meet client requirements.
The project scope will be agreed upon before starting the work.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be discussed and may incur additional charges.
Deliverables are sent electronically (via email or cloud link).
Timelines will be communicated at the start of the project.
Arkitek Design is not responsible for delays caused by late client feedback or missing information.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for the project.
Clients should review deliverables and provide feedback in a timely manner.
All files and models created by Arkitek Design remain our intellectual property until full approval and completion of the project.
Clients are granted usage rights for approved files, while Arkitek Design retains the right to showcase work in portfolios or marketing.
Arkitek Design provides services as-is.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays or data loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Arkitek Design reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Clients will be notified of material changes via our website or email.
